The offer is for properties in England with at least one paid inspection each week over a minimum 26-week term. Equipment availability, safe installation and suitable mobile coverage must be confirmed. Both private owners and business customers can apply.
It is battery powered and uses mobile connectivity, so it needs neither mains electricity nor your own internet connection. Positioning and signal coverage are checked before installation. One device covers the agreed detection area.
Monitoring teams review images or footage associated with received alerts, day and night. Video verification is alert-based; it does not mean an operator continuously watches the property or that every area is covered.
Officer attendance is an optional, separately charged service. The customer or nominated contact is called first after a verified intrusion alert. Any attendance follows the authorisation and escalation instructions agreed in advance. Coverage and response arrangements are confirmed for your property.
They provide a documented record of inspections, findings and photographs. Tell us the visit frequency and checks required by your insurer so we can agree an appropriate scope. Acceptance remains subject to your policy and insurer’s requirements.
