Whether you need a dedicated keyholder to attend alarm activations or a full response service with SIA licensed officers, our contract security packages are designed to reduce false alarm costs and improve response times. Current offers on keyholding contracts include discounted rates on longer-term agreements, helping businesses secure reliable protection at reduced monthly costs.
Your first year’s keyholding fee back
Move your keyholding to Armour Security and get your first year’s keyholding fee back as credit towards alarm responses. We hold the keys, attend activations and report back, so you don’t have to leave home to investigate. Available to new customers at eligible sites within our local response area. Response credit equals the annual keyholding fee paid, is valid for 12 months and has no cash value. Charges above the available credit apply.
Keyholding offer: first year's fee back as response credit' with these terms: 1. New customers taking an annual keyholding contract only. 2. Annual fee payable upfront. 3. Credit equal to the annual fee is applied against standard alarm response charges during the first 12 months. 4. Credit expires 12 months from contract start, has no cash value, and isn't transferable or refundable. 5. Excludes guarding, extended attendance beyond standard response, and third-party costs. 6. Armour Security may withdraw the offer for new sign-ups at any time.
Multi-Service Bundles and Contract Discounts
